Service Description

During this initial session, we will discuss expectations. I will share my coaching style and let you know how I work, discuss the coaching engagement and answer your questions. This is the only session where I will do a lot of talking, the rest of the sessions are all about you! We will look at the Wellness Wheel and figure out your unique roadmap for transformation.
