We all have a special place that we hold in our hearts where we feel tranquil. During stressful situations it can be useful to invoke that space within us breathe deeply and just take a moment to reflect before we respond. 

When shifting to optimize nutrition, focus on taking in more of what you should have instead of items you enjoy and need to avoid. When possible, have those items occasionally and opt for portion control.
